Administrative Assessments

To ensure that the housing provider is meeting compliance requirements and operating within best practices, HCi Advisory Group conducts a complete review of the organization’s human resources, procurement, finance, and information technology, departments. Similar to our program assessments, these reviews include an examination of staffing, policies, procedures, workflows, and technology.
